Nut is a prominent goddess in ancient Egyptian mythology, symbolizing the sky and the heavens above. She is depicted as a celestial deity, often portrayed as a woman arched over the earth, her body adorned with stars. As the personification of the sky, Nut is believed to encompass the entire universe, embracing all living beings, providing a protective canopy. The sun god Ra is said to travel through her body during the night, to be reborn with the dawn. Nut is revered for her role in the cycle of life and death, offering solace and guidance to souls in their journey through the afterlife.
