"Windows to the Soul" is a captivating photograph of a small baby elephant seal at the beginning of the birthing season. I was mesmerized by the baby’s personality and curiosity and could stop taking pictures. This work of art represents the profound connection between human beings and the natural world through the unspoken language of the eyes. The piece serves as a reminder to cherish the depth and complexity of our connection to nature, and to appreciate the beauty of vulnerability and emotion. Photographed at Point Reyes National Seashore, Drakes Beach California.
Limited Edition of 100. Includes a Certificate of Authenticity.
Medium: Digital Archival Photographic Print on Paper, Canvas & Metal, 2022.
